Learn to run barefoot with Lee Saxby

Just in case you haven’t seen it already here is a great video featuring Lee Saxby outlining the key skills you need for injury-free barefoot running. Those of you who have met Lee already will know what an awesome running coach he is… those who haven’t can get the chance to meet him below! Obviously it’s also a promo for Terra Plana’s new barefoot running shoe the “Evo” but at least they are taking responsibility for introducing people to both the benefits and potential pitfalls of starting to run “barefoot” or with minimal shoes and giving instruction (we actually like their whole range of Vivo Barefoot shoes, not just the “Evo”). If you look carefully you can also spot Wildfitness team member Edward Drax…. he’s the tall gangly one in the dark blue T-shirt!
